Cuttlefish Toast

Cuttlefish Toast - great for friends gathering


Have you ever try toasting cuttle fish? it's crispy and very SHIOK! tried this like 15 years ago when my mom brought me to a private Chinese Tea appreciation session.. Ting i remember u were there too right.. haha anyway that is the first time we tried this cuttlefish toast.. Cut cuttle fish into small pieces then toast them in oven.. remember to stand beside and watch!! they are really ez to get burn (chao tah)!! remember dont over stack them in the oven.. just spread 1 layer to make sure every surface of the cuttle fish get their crisp!
Utako taught me to match Cuttlefish with Mayonnaise.. (prefer Japanese mayo) :)
